Mezcal is the kicker in this earthy take on the classic Moscow Mule. Meet the Oaxaca Mule.

Ingredients

1½ oz. mezcal
½ oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. ginger beer

Glass:copper mug or highball

Preparation

Place ice cubes in a copper mug or highball glass. Add mezcal and lime juice, then top with ginger beer.
