For this split-base cocktail Will Krepop of New York City’s Wiggle Room combines mezcal and tequila with fruity, bittersweet, and herbal elements.
Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass, stir to chill, and strain over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish.
White Miso MezcalBlend one 750ml bottle of mezcal with 50g of white miso paste. Fine strain through a coffee filter and bottle. Will keep in the refrigerator for a month.
