A drink that strikes the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.

This three-ingredient cocktail is easy to make but full of complex flavor.

Ingredients

1½ oz. bourbon (Cooper Lounge uses Eagle Rare 10-Year)
½ oz. Cynar 70
½ oz. Bénédictine

Tools:mixing glass, strainer, barspoon
Glass:rocks
Garnish:flamed orange twist

Preparation

Stir all 3 ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Strain over a large ice cube, then garnish.
