Cynar Cocktail: The Long Goodbye

Named after the Raymond Chandler novel of the same name, the Long Goodbye gives Cynar a starring role, backed up beautifully by mezcal, citrus, simple syrup and soda water.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Cynar
- ½ oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. fresh orange juice
- ¼ oz. fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz. rich simple syrup (2:1)
- 1 oz. soda water
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:Collins
- Garnish:lime wedge
Preparation
Add the soda water to a Collins glass. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice. Double-strain into a Collins glass. Top with ice, then garnish.
