This mashup of two classic cocktails—the White Negroni and the Daiquiri—manages to satisfy fans of both.

Ingredients

1 oz. white rum
½ oz. Lillet blanc
½ oz. Suze
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. simple syrup (1:1)
3 dashes orange bitters

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:Nick and Nora
Garnish:lemon twist

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
