Whiskey Sour Riff: The Aviary

Mezcal adds a layer of smokiness to this simple Whiskey Sour riff.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 1/2 oz. mezcal
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
- 3/4 oz. fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:coupe
Preparation
Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, shake, and strain into a coupe.
