What’s better than a classic G&T? One frozen in popsicle form! Whip up a batch of these cucumber-studded Gin & Tonic popsicles for the coolest contribution to your next neighborhood BBQ.

Ingredients

Yield:6
  • 3 cups tonic water
  • 1 1/2 oz. gin
  • 1/4 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • Tools:pitcher, wooden spoon, popsicle molds

Preparation

In a pitcher, combine all ingredients, except cucumber slices, and stir. Place cucumber slices into popsicle molds, then pour in tonic mix. Freeze overnight before serving. Makes about 6 popsicles, depending on the size of your mold.
