This floral, fruit-forward cocktail is a breeze to mix and low in alcohol—perfect for making at home on a week night or before dinner on date night.

1¼ oz. Lillet Blanc
¾ oz. vodka
¼ oz. apricot liqueur
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: grapefruit peel

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe. Garnish.
