Sloe and Unsteady

Much to the surprise of bartender Jessica Sanders, this tart and tangy sloe gin cocktail turned out to be a best-seller on the winter menu. Read more about Sanders in the 2016 Imbibe 75 Issue; she’s one of our People to Watch.

1 ½ oz. sloe gin
½ oz. Fernet Branca
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. honey syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: lime wheel

Shake all ingredients with ice to chill. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
