Thanks to the popularity of frosé, bartenders everywhere are tinkering with the freezeability of other kinds of wine this summer. This frozen cocktail from Aba lead mixologist Liz Pearce blends Sav Blanc wine with passion fruit, apricot and honey.
2 ½ oz. Sauvignon Blanc
¼ oz. Giffard Passion Fruit liqueur
¼ oz. Giffard Apricot liqueur
¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. honey
Garnish: grapefruit slice
Place all the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup ofice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit moon.
