White Negroni Sbagliato

For this White Negroni Sbagliato, Toby Cecchini of The Long Island Bar marries two of the best Negroni variations—the White Negroni and the Sbagliato.

4 oz. prosecco
1 oz. Suze
1 oz. Carpano bianco vermouth
Tools: barspoon
Glass: rocks
Garnish: cucumber ribbon, orange twist

Pour all the ingredients over a large cube of ice in a rocks glass, stir to combine, then garnish.
