White Negroni Sbagliato

A fusion of two beloved Negroni variations.

For this White Negroni Sbagliato, Toby Cecchini of The Long Island Bar marries two of the best Negroni variations—the White Negroni and the Sbagliato.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. prosecco
  • 1 oz. Suze
  • 1 oz. Carpano bianco vermouth
  • Tools:barspoon
  • Garnishes:cucumber ribbon, orange twist
  • Glass:rocks

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients over a large cube of ice in a rocks glass, stir to combine, then garnish.
