A colorful mash-up of a Bee’s Knees and a French 75, this cocktail from 2022 Imbibe 75 Place to Watch, JoJo’s Beloved, embodies the bar’s chic party vibes.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. sloe gin
½ oz. honey syrup (1:1)
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
Champagne to top

Tools:shaker, strainer, fine strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:lemon twist or wheel

Preparation

Add the first three ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a coupe, top with Champagne and garnish.
