Alcohol-Free Cocktail

Celery bitters and Seedlip make for a perfectly herbaceous flavor match. 

This herbaceous mixed drink employs Seedlip, a distilled alcohol-free ingredient increasingly used in bars around the world. (Note: celery bitters are made with alcohol, so this recipe isn’t 100% alcohol-free.)


  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:Collins or large rocks
  • Garnish:fresh herb sprig, snap pea


Shake all the ingredients except the soda with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with chilled soda, then garnish.
