Fruit and spice accentuate the earthy side of aged tequila.

Reposado tequila meets the sweetness of banana liqueur and the spice of Fernet Branca in this lovely sipper.

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz. reposado tequila
½ oz. banana liqueur
½ oz. Fernet Branca
¼ oz. Demerara syrup (1:1)
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Tools:strainer
Glass:double rocks
Garnish:orange peel, rosemary sprig

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a double rocks glass over a large ice cube, then garnish.
