Parisian Dispatch blanc vermouth cocktail

Blanc vermouth lends an herbaceous base to this elegant mix from Sother Teague. “Make it a Royale by substituting Champagne” for the soda water, Teague suggests.

Ingredients

3 oz. blanc vermouth
1/2 oz. absinthe
1/2 oz. orgeat
3-4 oz. chilled soda water

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Collins
Garnish:fresh mint

Preparation

Add the first 3 ingredients to a chilled glass with ice. Stir to combine. Add more ice to fill, and top with chilled soda water. Garnish.
