Island Time: A Rum Negroni

In this tropical take on the classic Negroni, rum stands in for gin while banana liqueur enters the equation.

Ingredients

1 oz. dark rum
1 oz. sweet vermouth (McKamey uses Cocchi di Torino)
1/2 oz. Campari
1/2 oz. banana liqueur (McKamey uses Giffard)

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:rocks
Garnish:lime twist

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, then strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish.
