A nightcap that took a tropical holiday vacation.

With hints of chocolate and banana layered against a rich, flavorful Jamaican rum, this Old Fashioned variation drinks like a nightcap that took a tropical holiday vacation.

Ingredients

2 1⁄2 oz. aged Jamaican rum
1⁄4 oz. crème de cacao
1⁄4 oz. banana liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Old Fashioned
Garnish:orange twist, cherry

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to an Old Fashioned glass holding a large ice cube. Stir twice, twist an orange peel over the drink, then garnish.
