Earl Grey España 75

A tea-infused twist on the French 75.

Earl Grey lends a floral touch to this French 75 riff.


  • 2 oz. gin
  • 1 1/4 oz. Earl Grey Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. cava, to top
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:coupe


Add all ingredients to shaker tin and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass; then top with Cava.

Earl Grey Syrup: ​​Combine 2 cups of sugar with 2 cups of water and 3 bags of Earl Grey tea. Add hot water (200 degrees F) and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags before use.
