Here's Looking At You Cocktail

With a name inspired by some of Dickens’ most memorable villains (think Scrooge, Uriah Heep, Artful Dodger), this elegant winter cocktail “tastes like drinking your way through Christmas break,” says Here’s Looking at You bartender Allan Katz.

Ingredients

1 oz. rye whiskey
1 oz. Plantation Pineapple Stiggins’ Fancy rum
¼ oz. grenadine
1 barspoon Fernet-Branca
orange twist

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Old Fashioned

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients together with a big cube of ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Express the oils from an orange twist over the top of the drink and discard.
