Artichoke Hold, An Old Fashioned Riff

At Kettner Exchange in San Diego, this Old Fashioned riff combines bourbon with maraschino liqueur, Cynar and bitters.

Ingredients

2 oz. bourbon
¼ oz. Cynar
¼ oz. maraschino liqueur
2-3 dashes orange bitters

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:Old Fashioned
Garnish:orange zest

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients together with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
