Bright and botanical, this gin-based sour gets an extra flavor boost from sherry and sloe gin.
1 oz. London Dry gin
1 oz. Amontillado sherry
½ oz. sloe gin
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lemon peel
Shake the ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe, then garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
