Jasper’s Jamaican Swizzle

Welcome warmer weather with this rum-fueled sipper from Seattle’s Rumba.

2 oz. aged rum
1/2 oz. allspice dram
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: swizzle stick
Glass: Collins
Garnish: fresh mint sprig

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle until frosty, top with more crushed ice and garnish.
