The spice bouquet of aged aquavit mingles perfectly with the herbaceous qualities of yellow Chartreuse in this creamy cocktail from Raised by Wolves.
1½ oz. aged aquavit (Castro uses Linie)
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. yellow Chartreuse
½ oz. honey syrup (2:1)
½ oz. plain yogurt (Castro uses Dahlicious)
¾ oz. soda water, to top
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lime wheel, pineapple frond
Combine ingredients (except soda) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish.
