Frozen Cocktail: Life on Freezy Street

Thanks to the popularity of frosé, bartenders everywhere are tinkering with the freezeability of other kinds of wine. This frozen blend combines Sav Blanc with passion fruit, apricot, citrus and honey.

2½ oz. Sauvignon Blanc
¼ oz. Giffard passion fruit liqueur
¼ oz. Giffard apricot liqueur
¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. honey
Tools: blender
Glass: coupe
Garnish: grapefruit slice

Place all the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a coupe. Garnish.
