Driftwood Spritz

driftwood spritzUtilizing two types of Italian fizz, this Driftwood Spritz taps into quintessential winter flavors. “Prosecco brings a cheerful element to this drink and brings out the warm spice of the amaro and the orange spice of the Crodino,” says Nostrana bar director Colleen Kenny.

3 oz. prosecco
2 oz. Ramazzotti
1½ oz. Crodino soda
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
Tools: barspoon
Glass: wine glass
Garnish: orange wheel

In a wine glass, first add the prosecco followed by the re- maining ingredients, and stir gently to combine. Fill the glass with ice, and garnish.
