Fresh lime and orange juice bring a sweet, citrusy zip to this frozen spritz.
3 oz. sparkling wine
1 oz. orange-infused Aperol
1 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
½ oz. vodka
½ oz. fresh orange juice
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
Glass: vintage printed highball
Garnish: striped paper straw, half orange slice
Pour in a blender and add 12 oz. of ice. Makes one 16 oz. serving.
Orange-infused Aperol: Add the grated zest of 4 large oranges to ½ liter of Aperol. Put in blender and process until very fine and emulsified. Let sit for 24 hours and strain.
