Blood Orange Mule

A crushable take on the classic highball.
Fresh blood orange juice adds the right amount of sweetness to this take on the classic Moscow Mule.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. blood orange juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- ginger beer
- Glass:Collins
- Garnish:mint sprig
Preparation
Pour all of the ingredients in the glass, add fresh ice, stir, and top with ginger beer. Garnish.
