A bright and bold mix of tequila, poblano liqueur, and cucumber juice.
Kettner Exchange bartender Claire Rose Sexton highlights cucumber juice in her Dirty Verde cocktail, which she also affectionately calls “tequila salad.”
Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain in a Collins glass. Garnish with paprika oil.
Paprika Oil: Mix 1 tsp. paprika with 1 cup virgin olive oil. Warm over low heat until paprika has fully dissolved. Let cool. Store at room temperature in a glass bottle. May require shaking before next use. Caution: Do not bring oil to high heat. It will catch fire.
