A simple but delicious whiskey cocktail.
Bourbon meets lemon, honey, and peach liqueur in this cocktail from Prizefighter in Emeryville.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 3⁄4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
- 1⁄2 oz. peach liqueur
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:Collins
- Garnish:lemon wheel, mint sprigs
Preparation
Shake all of the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a Collins glass filled with pebble or crushed ice, adding more ice to fill. Garnish.
