Sakura Martini

Made with sake in place of vermouth, the Sakura Martini from Bar Goto is an elegant take on the classic.

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. sake
1 oz. gin
1/4 tsp. maraschino liqueur

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:cherry blossom (optional)

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, then strain into a coupe. Garnish.
