This cobbler is a perfect way to test-drive an array of new vermouths.

Simple drinks like this Vermouth Cobbler perfectly highlight the complex flavor of fortified wine.

Ingredients

3 oz. sweet vermouth
¼ oz. simple syrup
2 strips of orange peel

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:julep cup or cobbler cup
Garnish:orange and strawberry segments

Preparation

Briefly shake the ingredients with ice to chill; strain into a cup filled with crushed ice. Garnish.
