Drink of the Week: Aplós Dragon Fruit Martini

I’m a big believer in moderation beyond Dry January. At home my go-to refreshment consists of NA options, such as zero-proof beer and infused seltzers. But I was still surprised and delighted when I found a new favorite canned cocktail in a spirit-free offering.

Aplós has made a name for itself in the NA space since its founding in 2020 with Speed Rack co-founder Lynnette Marrero. Over the past year the brand has greatly expanded its reach. The functional zero-proof spirits and RTDs are now available at over 2,000 stores, such as Sprouts and Total Wine. You can also find them on the menus of celebrated bars like Superbueno. For 2026, Aplós grew its range with the debut of the Dragon Fruit Martini, which is inspired by the Pornstar Martini.

This PG no-alcohol take features Aplós Arise—their earthy spirit with notes of agave, citrus, and peppercorn.
