Inspired by the Penicillin cocktail by Sam Ross, this recipe from Beth Willow at Seaworthy in New Orleans adds peach liqueur to the mix.
2 oz. Scotch whisky
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. peach liqueur
½ oz. ginger syrup
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lime wheel and candied ginger (optional)
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish.
