The house Amaro Cocktail at La Sirena Clandestina is dark and brooding but surprisingly light-bodied, with a generous dose of walnut liqueur adding a smooth, nutty sweetness.
1 ½ oz. Cynar
1 oz. walnut liqueur
½ oz. barrel-aged cachaça
Garnish: lemon swath and orange swath
Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish.
