This classic leans towards tiki, but features brandy instead of rum.
2 oz. brandy
1/2 oz. orgeat syrup (or almond syrup if you can’t find orgeat)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lemon twist
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
