Cucumber vodka helps make this saké martini from Le Fanfare in New York City extra crisp and cooling.
1 oz. cucumber vodka (Le Fanfare uses Crop Organic)
2 oz. saké
¼ oz. fresh cucumber juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: cucumber slice
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish.
