A handful of fresh berries and a splash of lemon juice highlight the fresh fruit and rose-petal nuances of Nolet’s gin in this summery raspberry cocktail.
1 1/4 oz. NOLET’S Silver dry gin 1/2 oz. simple syrup 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice 3 fresh raspberries Club soda Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: Collins Garnish: fresh raspberry
Combine all ingredients, except club soda and shake with ice cubes. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and garnish.
