Painkiller Cocktail

2 oz. navy rum
2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut cream
1 oz. fresh orange juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins or highball
Garnish: fresh nutmeg

Combine ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish by grating fresh nutmeg over top.
