Armagnac proves it’s more than just a solo sipper in this pear-infused aperitif.
1 1/2 oz. Armagnac 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 3/4 oz. simple syrup 1 oz. pear puree 1/2 oz. pear brandy
Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: cocktail
Combine all ingredients, shake with ice cubes and strain into a chilled glass.
