Blanco mezcal and a trio of fruit juices meet in this tall refresher.
1 ½ oz. mezcal (Viktor & Spoils uses Del Maguey Vida)
1 oz. pineapple juice (fresh, if available)
¾ oz. cranberry juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. agave nectar
Ice cubes
Crushed ice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: highball
Garnish: grilled pineapple, optional
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a crushed highball filled with crushed ice and garnish.
