A touch of honey add just the right amount of sweetness to this bright and herbal cocktail.
1½ oz. gin
1½ oz. fresh Meyer lemon juice
Dash of celery bitters
Tools: shaker, strainer, barspoon
Combine the gin, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass. Dip a barspoon in honey, and use it to stir the drink and incorporate the honey.
