Argue if you must, but we prefer a boozy 2:1 gin to vermouth ratio in our classic martini recipe.
2 oz. gin
1 oz. dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Stir ingredients briskly with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Twist a small strip of lemon peel over the drink. You may drop it in, if you prefer.
