It’s a bittersweet symphony for this digestif from Austin bartender Florian Minier.
1 1/2 oz. Fernet Branca 1 oz. sweet vermouth 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1) Heavy dash of orange bitters Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer Glass: rocks Garnish: lemon peel
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
