Caught Looking

Plum-flavored gin goes a little tiki with this tropically inspired cocktail from Brooklyn’s Hotel Delmano.

3/4 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Beach Plum Gin Liqueur

1 1/2 oz. white rum

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

1/2 oz. grenadine

3/4 oz. pineapple juice

Tools: shaker, strainer

Glass: cocktail

Garnish: lime wheel

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
