This dynamo aperitif makes a tasty pre-theater sipper featuring Salers gentiane liqueur, one of Imbibe’s Flavors to Watch in 2013 from the Jan/Feb “Imbibe 75” Issue.
2 oz. gin 1 oz. Dolin Blanc vermouth 1/2 oz. Salers gentiane liqueur 1/2 oz. late-harvest Riesling Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: coupe Garnish: lemon twist
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
