This herbaceous mixed drink employs Seedlip, a distilled alcohol-free ingredient increasingly used in bars around the world. (Note: celery bitters are made with alcohol, so this recipe isn’t 100% alcohol-free).
2 oz. Seedlip Garden 108
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
1 dash celery bitters
chilled soda water
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins or large rocks
Garnish: fresh herb sprig, snap pea
Shake all the ingredients except the soda with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with chilled soda, then garnish.
