In this tropical take on the White Negroni, pineapple liqueur and a special house blend of Jamaican rums help balance the bitter bite of Suze.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Wolf Rum (or use your favorite Jamaican rum)
3/4 oz. Suze
3/4 oz. bianco vermouth
1 tsp. Giffard pineapple liqueur

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Old Fashioned
Garnish:lemon twist

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass filled with one large ice cube. Twist lemon peel over the top of the drink and garnish.

Wolf RumCombine equal parts Appleton Estate Reserve and Two James Spirits Doctor Bird rums, and bottle for use.
