Tequila meets bittersweet Salers and Cappelletti.

At Nixta in St. Louis, bar manager Drew Lucido pens a mix of simple and adventurous cocktails, like this complex mix of tequila, Salers, and Cappelletti.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. reposado tequila
3/4 oz. Salers gentian liqueur
3/4 oz. Cappelletti Aperitivo

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon
Glass:coupe
Garnish:grapefruit twist

Preparation

Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
