Intro to Vermouth

A rich trio of vermouths.

This elegant aperitif showcases the range of vermouth, combining a trio of flavorful styles. Priorat Natur, a Spanish vermouth, is available in wine shops or from online retailers.

Ingredients

3/4 oz. dry vermouth
3/4 oz. Carpano Antica (or other sweet vermouth)
3/4 oz. Priorat Natur Vermut (or other flavorful aperitif wine)

Tools:barspoon, strainer
Glass:cocktail

Preparation

Combine all 3 vermouths in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well until chilled, then strain into a glass. Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the oils, then discard.
